Avox Systems in combination with their sister company, Intertechnique Department 4, make up Zodiac Aerospace's Oxygen Systems Division. Avox Systems originally began as a company called Uniloy Accessories Corporation. Founded in 1932, Uniloy Accessories Corporation started out manufacturing smalltime airplane parts such as door handles, brake cylinders, and tailskid shoes. They are now one of the world's well known suppliers of aviation life support and safety equipment. Their division leads the industry in design, manufacture, and maintenance of protective respiratory equipment for both the civil as well as the military aerospace markets. Their product line includes gaseous and chemical oxygen supply equipment, passenger’s masks, crew masks, and other general aviation accessories.
